We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to join our team at ARdeco Design and Developments Corp.
Job Summary:The Technical Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the activities of the HR department, ensuring they meet the organization's goals. This includes arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, as well as coordinating the flow of information within the team.

- Direct and control daily operations
- Direct staff
- Evaluate daily operations
- Open and distribute mail and other materials
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Plan and organize daily operations
- Review HR projects to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Supervise other workers
- Establish and implement policies and procedures
- Train other workers
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Oversee the classification and rating of occupations
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage contracts
- Manage training and development strategies
- Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information
- Answer electronic enquiries
- Oversee the development of communication strategies
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Respond to employee questions and complaints
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
- Conduct research
- Perform data entry
- Provide customer service
- Work with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field
- Maintain and manage digital databases
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
- Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
- Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
This is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
