We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at Residence Inn. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Prepare and serve breakfast to guests, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
- Interact with guests, responding to their requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Less than 1 year of related work experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
