Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of food service staff and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that our inventory is managed effectively.
- Hire and train new staff members to ensure that our team is equipped to provide exceptional service and food quality.
- Ensure that our restaurant meets our quality control standards, including food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with other Shift Managers and restaurant staff to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or retail environment.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
