About the Role

NSK Canada is seeking a highly analytical professional to drive business improvements through data-driven insights. As a Jr. Business Analyst, you will apply advanced analytical tools to optimize pricing, inventory management, forecasting, and sales opportunity conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze aftermarket demand and develop strategic plans for North America on A&B items.
  • Support demand planning in Central and South America.
  • Set service level targets for inventory and monitor forecasts to achieve sales and inventory goals.
  • Liaise with BCD functions for suggested ordering.
  • Develop and maintain databases, and coordinate with functional teams to implement models and automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably 2-4 years.
  • Excellent team-player with ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts, and experience with applications.
  • Drive to learn new techniques and technologies as needed to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrated experience applying data science methods to real-world data problems.
