About the Role

NadiaCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respite Care Aide to join our team. As a Respite Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care
    • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
    • Assist clients with medication management and administration
  • Household Management
    • Assist clients with household chores, such as cleaning and laundry
    • Prepare and serve meals to clients
  • Transportation
    • Transport clients to appointments and outings
  • Communication
    • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a care-related field
  • Certifications
    • First Aid Certificate
