About the Role

We're seeking a seasoned executive to lead our Commercial Lines division in Ontario. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence and improve efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes, ensuring our business remains competitive and compliant
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong business acumen, with expertise in commercial insurance and business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
