Role Overview: The Associate Insurance Advisor II is integral to enhancing and managing the agency's operations through effective sales and customer service, with a primary focus on personal lines (automobile, homeowners) and specialized lines (agricultural and commercial) insurance offerings. This role may also encompass sales and service for life and wealth management products, contingent upon the candidate holding a life insurance license.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding coverage options and policy details.
- Engage in prospecting activities to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments to determine client needs.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Perform regular client reviews to ensure ongoing satisfaction and address any concerns.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a General Insurance license is mandatory.
- A Life insurance license is advantageous.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the insurance sector is required.
- Comprehensive understanding of automobile and property insurance products is essential.
