About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Kinsman Construction Limited. As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies from vehicles and storage areas.
  • Material Handling: Assist in the transportation and placement of materials, tools, and equipment on construction sites.
  • Task Assistance: Provide support to skilled tradespeople and other labourers in various tasks, such as mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting with framing and roofing.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and debris from construction sites.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 45 kg (100 lbs), and performing physically demanding tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Abilities: Manual dexterity, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
