About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Labourer to join our team at Kinsman Construction Limited. As a key member of our site operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as required.
  • Material Handling: Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt, and assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction.
  • Site Maintenance: Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Assisting Tradespeople: Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs, and help medical examiners as required.
  • Site Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Work Environment

As a Construction Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role requiring manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
