Job Opportunity: Day Labourer

Groupe conseil UDA is seeking a Day Labourer to assist its technicians with rehabilitation work on isolated sites on the Lower North Shore of Quebec.

The work will take place in remote areas, requiring daily transportation by helicopter from La Romaine or Harrington Harbour.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Akifer technicians in rehabilitation operations;
  • Excavate affected soils with manual tools and bag them;
  • Collect debris present on sites and bag them;
Work Conditions:
  • 9-12 hour days, 12-14 consecutive days;
  • Meals and accommodation provided;
  • Steel-toed work boots and suitable clothing required;

Able to speak French or English, in good physical condition, and resistant to outdoor work in various temperatures and weather conditions. Ability to work in a team is essential.
