Job Title: Construction Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Construction Laborer to join our team at Conte & Sons Construction Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Construction Laborer will assist in various construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing houses and erecting walls.

Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs
  • Pave and rake asphalt
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
Requirements:
  • Physically demanding work environment
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliability and strong work ethic
  • Team player with good communication skills
