About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Moh Trucking Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of our fleet of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate the activities of our vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Equipment Management: Monitor the proper functioning of equipment and perform general office duties to ensure the smooth operation of our logistics operations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, advising them of any issues or delays and ensuring that their needs are met.
  • Knowledge and Compliance: Maintain knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices, as well as highway trucking and associated rules and regulations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vehicle operator work, mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our operations team to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Language: Fluency in English
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
