Truck Dispatcher

We are seeking a skilled Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Moh Trucking Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of goods across the country, utilizing their knowledge of cross-border dispatching regulations and practices.
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
- Monitor personnel workloads and locations
- Perform general office duties
- Provide customer service
- Advise vehicle operators of traffic and other problems
- Keep track of shipments
- Maintain vehicle operator work records
- Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
- Knowledge of dispatch management service software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Client focus, flexibility, reliability, and team player skills
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong organizational and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of logistics and transportation, as well as excellent customer service skills.
