Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Yard Team Member to join our team. As a Yard Team Member, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with their product needs while maintaining a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to customers for their lumber and building material needs
  • Assist customers in loading product safely and efficiently
  • Check invoices and verify correct product is provided
  • Assist with daily upkeep of the department, including offloading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, price labeling, and maintaining pallets/stock
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers
  • Perform opening and closing duties as needed in the Yard
Requirements:
  • You enjoy physical work and strive to provide high-quality customer service
  • Knowledge of building materials is considered an asset
