Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Team Member to join our lumberyard team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide expert advice and assistance to customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with expert advice and assistance for their lumber and building material needs
  • Assist customers in loading product safely and efficiently
  • Check invoices and verify correct product is provided
  • Assist with the daily upkeep of the department, including offloading trucks, culling lumber, organizing stock, cleaning, price labeling, and maintaining pallets/stock
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment for employees and customers
  • Perform opening and closing duties as needed in the yard
  • Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
Requirements
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds
  • Knowledge of building materials is an asset
