We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our financial processes, reporting, and analysis. As a key member of our team at Accountant Staffing, you will be responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth.
This exciting opportunity is ideal for a professional accountant with a passion for leadership, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Review and analyze financial statements and accounting files to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team, ensuring effective financial operations and processes
- Manage and review internal controls and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices
- Chartered Professional Accountant designation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with leadership responsibilities
- Proven leadership and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
