Join Our Team as a Cleaning and Service Technician

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cleaning and Service Technician at Grill Hero. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, conducting barbecue cleaning services, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain barbecues at commercial and residential properties
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Upsell products and add-ons to increase revenue
  • Manage and maintain company supplies and equipment
  • Represent Grill Hero in a professional and courteous manner
Requirements:
  • Able to perform physical labor and operate light equipment
  • Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
Compensation:
  • Starting at $18 + tips + incentives (most make $20-$25/hr)
  • Performance bonuses and incentives
  • Tips
  • Mileage incurred during operations is compensated on top of hourly pay
