Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Technician to join our team at On Time Mechanicals Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining domestic, commercial, and industrial plumbing fixtures and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and repair plumbing fixtures and systems in various locations, including commercial, industrial, and residential settings.
  • Locate and mark positions for pipe connections, passage holes, and fixtures in walls and floors.
  • Cut openings in walls and floors to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings.
  • Join pipes using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, soldering, brazing, and welding equipment.
  • Test pipes for leaks using air and water pressure gauges.
  • Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing.
  • Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes to required shape and size.
Work Environment

As a Plumbing Technician, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying work conditions. You will be required to lift heavy loads, bend, crouch, and kneel frequently.

Requirements
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
