About the Role

The MRG Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Controller to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the financial management of our organization, driving financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting and Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of financial risks.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes, including accounting software, financial reporting, and internal controls.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior accounting or controller role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong financial planning, analysis, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Advanced computer software skills, including Excel and financial reporting software.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional accounting qualifications such as CA/CPA/CFA.
