Key Responsibilities- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and coordinate the activities of sales workers to ensure seamless customer service and efficient sales processes.
- Authorize Payments and Manage Inventory: Process payments, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth operations.
- Order Merchandise and Resolve Issues: Source and procure merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and address supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish Work Schedules and Supervise Employees: Create and manage work schedules, supervise employees, and provide guidance and support to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.
- Prepare Reports and Analyze Sales Data: Compile and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Support Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in programs that support the settlement and integration of newcomers and refugees, and provide assistance with immediate settlement needs.
- Support Indigenous People and Visible Minorities: Participate in programs that support Indigenous people and visible minorities, and provide opportunities for mentorship, coaching, and networking.
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A minimum of a secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
- 1 to Less than 7 Months of Experience: A minimum of 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field is required.
- English Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work a minimum of 30 to 40 hours per week.
