About the Role

CareCorp Seniors Services is a reputable healthcare organization that provides exceptional care and support services to seniors in long-term care and assisted living facilities across British Columbia.

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team in one of our state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs.
  • Administer medications and provide personal care to residents, including wound care and nutrition management.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
Requirements
  • Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
  • Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations.
