We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our dedicated care team in one of our state-of-the-art facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive assessments of residents' physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet residents' unique needs.
- Administer medications and provide personal care to residents, including wound care and nutrition management.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
- Current practicing registration with the British Columbia College of Nursing Professionals.
- Graduate of a recognized school of nursing.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations.
- A competitive hourly rate of $41.42.
