Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Municipal Infrastructure Project Engineer to join our team at Wills Associates Limited. As a key member of our Municipal Infrastructure Engineering Group, you will be responsible for delivering complex engineering projects related to municipal infrastructure, including asset management studies, road and utility renewals, stormwater management, and water distribution network design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct asset management studies to identify and prioritize infrastructure projects
- Develop and implement renewal plans for roads, utilities, and other municipal infrastructure
- Design and manage stormwater management systems and drainage infrastructure
- Prepare project estimates, budgets, and execution plans
- Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations
- Prepare technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications
- Contribute to business development and marketing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
- Licensed as a Professional Engineer in Ontario
- Strong knowledge of principles and practices of proposal submissions, project delivery, and contract administration
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act
- Strong work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
