We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at RIGHT PRICE AUTO SALES LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management
- Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets
- Provide guidance and training to sales team members
- Sales and Customer Service
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions and provide excellent customer service
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately recorded
- Reorder stock as needed
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare sales reports and provide analysis to management
- Perform administrative tasks as required
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or supervisory role
- Skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
