Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at RIGHT PRICE AUTO SALES LTD. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and train our sales team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales tasks and duties to team members to ensure that our sales goals are met.
- Manage Sales Operations: Oversee the sales operations, including inventory management, pricing, and sales reporting.
- Provide Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their needs are met.
- Manage Sales Floor: Supervise the sales floor and ensure that it is well-organized and visually appealing.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
