Seeking a Full-time Sleep Medicine APRN

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Sleep Medicine APRN to join our team in northern Vermont. As a key member of our sleep medicine team, you will provide office-based sleep services to patients, including management of positive airway pressure therapy, medication management, education and counseling, and monitoring of medication compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide office-based sleep services to new and established patients
  • Manage positive airway pressure therapy, medication management, and education and counseling
  • Monitor medication compliance and order diagnostic tests
  • Order and authorize durable medical equipment (DME) and refer patients to related specialties
  • Communicate with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements:
  • Experience in sleep medicine and APRN licensure
