Job Summary

Britt Medical Search is seeking a highly skilled Sleep Medicine APRN to join our team in northern Vermont. As a key member of our sleep medicine team, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with sleep-related disorders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage positive airway pressure therapy for patients with obstructive sleep apnea and other sleep-related breathing disorders.
  • Prescribe and manage medications for insomnia, hypersomnia, restless legs syndrome, and REM sleep behavior disorder.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including home and attended sleep studies.
  • Authorize durable medical equipment and refer patients to related specialties.
  • Communicate with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Current APRN licensure and certification in sleep medicine.
  • Experience in sleep medicine, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
