Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate the activities of our truck drivers, including scheduling, route planning, and dispatching.
  • Monitor and Control the performance of our fleet, including tracking hours, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.
  • Train and Develop our drivers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure Compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards and transportation laws.
  • Coordinate Repairs and Rentals of our fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, and arranging for rental vehicles as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
