Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Transportation Supervisor to oversee the operational logistics of our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, organizing workflows, and ensuring the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflows
  • Organize and assign tasks to team members, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in transportation or logistics management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high pressure

Work Environment:
