Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Restaurex Corporation. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Fast-paced environment, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
  • Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and team player.
Work Setting

Restaurant, 30 to 35 hours per week, permanent position, English language, and work term: permanent.
