Position Overview:

We are currently in search of a Parking Ambassador (PA) who will serve as the primary contact for customer service and support at various locations. The PA will receive training on essential machine operations and maintenance.

This role will be supervised by the Site Manager, ensuring effective management and support.

Work Environment: This position is part-time and requires availability during weekdays, specifically in the morning hours.

Compensation: The hourly wage for this role is competitive.

The PA will be provided with necessary uniforms and outdoor gear.

Required Qualifications:

Experience in customer service roles Proficient in conflict resolution and maintaining composure in challenging situations Ability to perform outdoor duties for extended periods Quick learner with the capacity to absorb training effectively Background checks will be conducted upon hiring

Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers to appropriate parking areas Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks Diagnose and resolve equipment issues within the scope of training Manage consumables and provide basic support for equipment Must be comfortable working outdoors Completion of health and safety training is mandatory upon hiring
