Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Trainee at Onedersquad, you will be instrumental in assisting the HR department with a variety of administrative functions and initiatives. This role commences with a comprehensive training phase lasting 4-6 weeks, with the possibility of evolving into a temporary to permanent position based on your performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support data management tasks related to employee records, payroll, and benefits utilizing platforms such as Salesforce, Workday, and Dayforce.
- Assist in recruitment processes by reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and engaging in recruitment activities.
Contribute to change management efforts by preparing communication materials, conducting research, and aiding in training sessions. - Work collaboratively with HR team members on administrative duties including filing, organizing documentation, and maintaining HR databases.
- Participate in project management tasks by helping in the planning, execution, and tracking of HR initiatives.
Provide assistance in payroll operations by verifying timekeeping records, calculating wages, and addressing payroll-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
