Job Title: Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure and Security

At Sterling Crane Canada, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure and Security to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure and security systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement IT infrastructure and security strategies to ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our systems.
  • Lead a team of IT professionals to design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure and security systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the integration of IT infrastructure and security systems with business processes.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest IT security trends and technologies to ensure our systems remain secure and compliant with industry standards.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and security.
  • 5+ years of experience in a management position with people leadership responsibilities.
  • Experience working with managed service providers, SaaS services, and hosted solutions.
  • Solid analytical skills, experience solving practical issues and engaging cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while handling time-sensitive competing priorities.
