Key Responsibilities
- Clean resort accommodations, including bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas
- Maintain and uphold housekeeping standards
- Thoroughly clean, vacuum, dust, and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Make beds and arrange linens
- Restock supplies, including kitchenware and toiletries
- Sort, count, fold, and manage linens
- Follow safety protocols to protect hotel and guest property, reporting any damage, theft, or lost items to supervisors
- Foster positive relationships with guests and team members
- Address guest inquiries and concerns to ensure complete satisfaction
- Resolve guest issues effectively to enhance the guest experience, escalating unresolved matters to management as needed
- Recommend appropriate service recovery actions
- Encourage teamwork and quality service through daily communication and collaboration with other departments.
