Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team at Guillevin International. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and storing inventory to preparing and shipping orders.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods.
Organize and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
Prepare and process orders, including packaging and labeling, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Participate in inventory management, including cycle counting and physical inventory audits.
Assist with customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software.
