Key Responsibilities
- Operates cutting-edge machinery including Saws, Routers, Joiners, and Mat Cutters following established protocols
- Engages in cross-training across various machines to enhance operational flexibility
- Processes, assembles, packages, and dispatches frame and mat fillet orders
- Inputs order details into the digital management system
- Maintains equipment cleanliness to ensure safety and precision
- Adjusts machinery settings to uphold high production standards
- Notifies supervisors of any equipment malfunctions impacting product quality
- Ensures a tidy and secure workspace
Essential Qualifications
- Completion of High School Diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience
- A minimum of 1 year in a manufacturing or machinery maintenance role
- Proven proficiency in the English language
- Strong verbal and numerical reasoning skills
- Physical capabilities include standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and more
Work Conditions
- Exposure to elevated noise levels and operational machinery
- Work conducted in a non-climate-controlled setting
