Position Overview

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in retail is an asset, but we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
Work Environment

This position is based in a shoe retail store, where you will engage with customers and assist them in their shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate the cash register efficiently.
  • Provide knowledgeable advice regarding our merchandise.
  • Assist in the presentation and display of products.
  • Welcome customers and discuss their footwear needs.
  • Maintain accurate sales records for inventory management.
  • Prepare items for sale or lease.
Skills and Experience

Experience in art or fashion design related to footwear is beneficial.

Transportation Requirements

Having your own transportation is necessary for this role.

Physical Requirements

Ability to handle weights of up to 23 kg (50 lbs).

Availability
  • Must be available for shift work or on-call as needed.
  • Must be available for the advertised start date.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

  • Financial benefits include a commission structure.

  • Job duration is occasional with flexible hours ranging from 14 to 35 hours per week.
