Your Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor intermediate and senior engineers in the execution of building projects across various materials including concrete, steel, masonry, and wood from initial concept to final delivery.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure project timelines are adhered to and that final outcomes meet client expectations.
  • Utilize industry-leading software (CSI suite, Altair) to analyze and design new building structures.
  • Develop modifications for existing structures and design additions or repairs as necessary.
  • Provide technical support throughout the construction phase.
  • Assist in the creation of standard details and procedures for design and contract management.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through formal training and collaborative presentations.
