Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor intermediate and senior engineers in executing building projects across various materials including concrete, steel, masonry, and timber from initial concept to final completion.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, planners, engineers, and technologists to ensure timely project delivery and alignment with client expectations.
- Utilize advanced software tools for the analysis and design of new building structures.
- Develop modifications for existing structures and design extensions or repairs as needed.
- Provide technical assistance during the construction phase.
- Contribute to the creation of standard procedures and details for design and contract management.
- Engage in continuous professional development through formal training and collaborative learning sessions.
