About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Butcher to join our team at La Bodeguita. As a Butcher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of meat products for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean and trim meats to prepare them for processing or cutting.
  • Cut and Wrap Meats: Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat for sale.
  • Meat Handling and Packaging: Wrap and package prepared meats for sale.
  • Meat Preparation: Remove bones from meat and grind meats as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail meat department.
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment and adhere to all health and safety protocols.
