Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Leader to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, managing daily operations, and driving guest satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Manage daily or nightly operations to ensure all service standards and guest requests are met.
  • Leadership and Communication: Keep the General Manager promptly and fully informed of all issues and take prompt corrective action where necessary. Communicate effectively with the team through daily log outs and updates.
  • Operations Management: Complete job responsibilities and performance objectives in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with Townhall policies and procedures.
  • Team Management: Hold all employees accountable for service standards, performance, and appearance. Ensure guest satisfaction in all areas of food, service, and environment.
  • Financial Management: Ensure financial and payroll-related administrative duties are completed accurately on time and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Bar Management: Maximize bar profitability by ensuring correct pouring and recipes are followed.
  • Scheduling and Staffing: Understand scheduling based on budget and sales forecast and staffing and maintaining shifts accordingly.


Working Conditions:

  • Hours and shifts may vary, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a Food & Beverage Server and/or Bartender
  • Joseph Richard Group Food & Beverage testing
  • Serving It Right
  • First Aid Level 1 is an asset, but not required
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills


Wage: Negotiable, based on experience
