Key Responsibilities- Assess and calculate the necessary quantities and costs of food supplies.
- Maintain comprehensive records of food expenses, usage, sales, and inventory.
- Oversee the activities of specialized chefs, cooks, and kitchen personnel.
- Innovate and develop new recipes to enhance our menu offerings.
- Guide and manage the kitchen staff in their daily tasks.
- Prepare and cook meals regularly, including special events and guest services.
- Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Coordinate food preparation and cooking activities across multiple restaurant locations.
- Design menus that adhere to quality standards and customer preferences.
- Prepare meals for customers with specific dietary restrictions.
- Train kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety practices.
