We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our Capital Markets Technology team in Toronto, Canada. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our Derivative Products Trading Application.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with experience in capturing business requirements for building Derivative Products Trading Applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, solutions architects, and business teams to develop and implement market-leading solutions that are scalable and deliver excellence to our business partners and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Capture and document business requirements for the Derivative Products Trading Application
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs
- Develop and maintain business requirements documents, design documents, use cases, and process models
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Participate in the development of detailed project plans and monitor progress against planned objectives
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on Derivative Products Trading Applications
- Strong knowledge of business functions and processes
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience working with databases, such as SQL Server
