Architectural Design Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect to join our team at Satt Associates Inc. As an Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of our construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from conceptualization to completion.
- Design and Development: Create and develop architectural designs, plans, and specifications for buildings and other structures.
- Client Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on design and construction options.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior architects, technologists, and technicians to ensure the successful completion of projects.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct thorough feasibility studies to determine the viability of construction projects, including financial and technical assessments.
- Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the architectural department, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
