Your Role:
  • Influence and Collaboration: Work in synergy and partnership with colleagues from other business lines to engage clients more with the Bank by offering them solutions that go beyond residential financing.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Adopt a strong and inspiring leadership approach, building, aligning, coaching, and mobilizing high-performing teams, while being a leader who brings people together and offers them different perspectives.
  • Creativity and Market Opportunities: Proactively search for market opportunities that will drive Residential Financing's transformation and evolution, sharing bold new ideas to meet clients' needs, while anticipating their future needs.
Your Team:

Working in the Personal Banking sector, you will lead a Residential Financing team of more than 680 people, including 4 direct reports, and you will report to the Senior Vice-President, Personal Banking.

Prerequisites:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least ten years' experience in residential financing OR a master's degree in a related field and at least eight years' experience in the same field.
  • Sound knowledge of the Canadian residential financing market.
  • Demonstrated strategic vision.
  • Pragmatic and inspiring leader who is committed to promoting and influencing the Bank's culture of innovation and performance.
  • Impactful communicator who can share the vision.
  • Able to coach and develop talent.
  • Able to build relationships, play an influential leadership role, and motivate people to collaborate with all our partners.
