Vos responsabilités :

  • Fournir un soutien comptable pour la gestion des actifs fixes, y compris la maintenance des registres d'actifs fixes et l'enregistrement des amortissements sur une base périodique pour plusieurs entités juridiques
  • Préparer les budgets annuels et les prévisions mensuelles pour les programmes d'amortissement
  • Analyser les écarts entre les résultats réels et les budgets, en fournissant des détails
  • Préparer les accruals mensuels et analyser les coûts des services publics par rapport aux budgets
  • Enregistrer et confirmer les prépayés de l'entreprise et les ajouts d'actifs fixes, tout en maintenant le calendrier d'amortissement des prépayés
  • Analyser les ajustements et préparer les écritures comptables pour la clôture de fin de mois
  • Préparer les rapprochements de comptes de fin de mois pour les actifs fixes, les prépayés et d'autres comptes de GL
  • Effectuer d'autres tâches et projets spéciaux selon les besoins

Comment vous réussirez :

  • Un diplôme en commerce ou en comptabilité est requis
  • Une inscription à un programme de désignation CPA/CGA/CMA est un atout
  • 2 à 3 ans d'expérience avec des logiciels d'entreprise, y compris le module des actifs fixes
  • Capacité à respecter les délais de fin de mois
  • Bonne connaissance des principes comptables généralement acceptés
  • Connaissance avancée d'Excel
  • Excellentes compétences en communication verbale et écrite
