About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pizza Cook to join our team at Red Swan Pizza. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Customer Service: Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Team Leadership: Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Kitchen Operations: Manage kitchen operations, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and adhering to health and safety regulations.

  • Attention to Detail: Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and presentation.

  • Language Support: Does not require Canadian work experience, and provides language support to help newcomers and/or refugees integrate into the workplace.
