Fidelity Investments is seeking a talented Content Creator to contribute to our dynamic team. As a Content Creator, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining a comprehensive content library focused on financial education.

You will collaborate closely with subject matter experts and various teams to produce engaging video content for our Investly application and social media channels. Your work will empower users with valuable knowledge about investing and help them make informed financial decisions.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and curate a diverse content library tailored to the needs of marketing and social media teams.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to prioritize content that effectively educates users on investment strategies and concepts.
  • Design multi-segment content journeys that cater to specific client demographics and their unique financial goals.
  • Create compelling short-form video content optimized for various social media platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance content strategy and effectiveness.
  • Ensure all produced video content adheres to compliance requirements and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • A degree in production, journalism, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in content creation, particularly within the digital media landscape.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing self-produced social media content that demonstrates your creative abilities and technical skills.
  • Experience in asset management or financial services industry is highly advantageous.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/French is a valuable asset.
Skills and Knowledge:
  • Mastery of end-to-end video content production processes, from concept development to final delivery.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear and concise content creation.
  • A deep understanding of digital technologies and emerging trends in the media landscape.
  • Proven experience creating engaging social media video content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate creative problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and data analysis abilities to ensure efficient workflow and measure content performance.
