Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team of Sales Associates in achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, coaching, and business management skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a dynamic and inspirational leader to take charge of their own store and create an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management. The successful candidate will have total accountability for leading a high-performing team and will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan that drives sales growth and customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will have a passion for coaching others to reach their full potential and will be able to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service. They will also have previous experience with business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling. Additionally, they will have experience with retail operations, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
• Create and execute a business plan to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous experience with business planning, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
• Previous experience with retail operations, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
Requirements
• Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within cosmetics
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
• Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
• Experience of creating and executing in-store events
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment
• Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
