- Supervise and lead a team of 3-4 retail staff members
- Assign tasks and duties to ensure efficient store operations
- Provide guidance and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Store Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Ensure that the store is well-organized and visually appealing
- Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory, supplies, and utilities
- Customer Service
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust as necessary to ensure optimal stock levels
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, customer service, and inventory levels
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Skills and Qualifications

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods and handling a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
