Job Title: Client Service Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Service Clerk to join our team at ECEN Immigration. As a Client Service Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of client materials: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials to support our clients' needs.
  • Manage client refunds and credits: Arrange for refunds and credits as needed, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely information.
  • Issue receipts and forms: Issue receipts and other forms to clients as required.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory: Order office supplies and maintain inventory to ensure that our team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Perform general office duties: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Receive payments: Receive payments from clients and process them in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collect and record data: Collect and record data as required, ensuring that our team has accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Book appointments: Book appointments for clients as needed, ensuring that they receive timely and efficient service.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work setting: Consulting firm.
  • Language: English.
  • Work hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
